I’m going to keep a little record here of all the material I’ve gone through so far:

- Neil Strauss: The Game [book] > this is where it all starts. At the least read it just so you know what the hell everyone else is on about. Yes, the baddie in it is Tyler from RSD.
- RSG Bootcamp [real life training] > I meet lots of starving men. I tell them food might do the trick, they should try some. They say they’ll think about it.
- 5 x one-to-one with Wisdom and Suave [real life training] > life changing
- RSD: The Blueprint Decoded [dvd] > life changing
- RSD: Foundations > Great.
- Jonathon Haidt: The Happiness Hypothesis [book] > Has one or two life-changing chapters.
- Dummies guide to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy > EXTREMELY useful for dealing with AA.
- David Deida: Way of the Superior man [book] > Interesting. Half useful.
- The Mystery Method [book] > life changing. seminal. if you only read one book about pickup read this.
- Ross Jeffries: Secrets of Advanced, Irresistable arousal [dvd] > totally different from everything else out there. intriguing. deep.
- Ross Jeffries: Gold Walkups [dvd] > he really did invent most of it.
- Leil Lowndes: Undercover Sex Signals [book] > iffy. flick through it in Waterstone’s one day.
- VH1’s The Pickup Artist, Series 1 & 2 [dvd] > so, so, so useful to a newbie. Read The Mystery Method then immediately watch both series of this back to back. As much use a a real-life bootcamp I’d say.
- David DeAngelo: Cocky Comedy > Excellent
- Gunwitch: Way of Gun > Poor.
- RSD: Flawless Natural > in progress
- Ross Jeffries: Secrets of Speed Seduction Mastery [book] > in progress
